MJN Axles is a name associated with hi-tech precision auto components like automotive gears, automotive gear parts, rear axle shafts, transmission shafts, automotive steering gears, joint crosses and brake s-cam shafts. We are the pioneers in our field as we started manufacturing those auto components in India which were imported before 1987 - since our company started functions. This has been possible because of the hard work of our Managing Director Mr. Yash Pal Mahajan and Director Mr. Sanjay Mahajan.

Forging
We employ latest techniques for production. Subsequently, our forging is done on horizontal upset forging machines. Besides this, we have drop forging too with induction heating to provide uniform heat that ensures proper grain flow & smooth finish.

Heat Treatment
Heat treatment is a very important process of our industry. We employ the latest machinery and techniques for heat treatment. It includes Hardening, Tempering, Annealing, Carbonizing & Normalizing furnaces.

Induction Hardening
Induction hardening is a critical process while manufacturing. Final quality is considerably dependent on this. Keeping that in mind, we have brought in best of the machines for this special process. We have got CNC control IH machines which is first of it's kind in India to make our product better than others

Testing Facilities
We have always maintained a quality standard and our products have to pass through stringent quality checks before finally leaving the unit. For proper testing of each equipment we have proper machines. We have QC lab equipped with Material testing facilities, Metallurgical Microscopes, Micro Hardness tester, Roughness tester & Surface Roughness tester. All these steps ensure that the final product that comes out of manufacturing plant is of the best quality and are high on performance in long run.

We have a strong team of professionals working at our inventory. There are engineers from best institutes who are constantly engaged in employing the latest technology in our field. We also invite experts to give us suggestions about our existing structure and how to improve it.
The inventory also has quality inspectors and others who take care of administrative tasks. We are a 150 member strong family right now and in a constant process of growth.
